Everything was nice, excellent friendly staff, lovely views over the green and slight sea view. The location couldn't be more good and lovely on the sea front. And it was also just off the New Steine, the sister BB down the road, supermarkets and a laundrettte, and the beachfront. I loved the Indian cuisine served in the in-house restaurant. It was an enjoyable stay as to the service at breakfast time, would recommend this place.

Very central location close enough to the beach and downtown, sea front and central area of Brighton and sea, shops, museums and nightlife, and restaurants and a theme park are close to the hotel. Kemptown is a district that deserves exploring. The pizza bar offers welcome drinks.

The main bar in the hotel had lots of branded cocktails, soft drinks, tea and coffee throughout the day. There were very good internet and ample parking available. An easy walk to the fantastic beach.

We visited one of our favourite spots the royal pavilion that was so close to the hotel. We recommend you to eat at Bayleaf, that is set 500 metres away. Location was close to the beach. We enjoyed oyo gulliver's.
